Answer: Yes! Before calling for service be sure the unit is plugged in, and proper voltages are present
(ie; 110/220Volts)
Question: Is the Lubbock area water, bad for my appliances?
Answer: The Lubbock water supply was actually, tested "Good" and found to contain the right amounts of Minerals, and Fluorides, and the water here is "above average" compared, to the National standards.
